Who I am
I’m Tahmid — full name MD TAHMID HASAN ANTOR. I’m a performance marketer who specialises in one thing: using paid advertising to generate qualified leads and new customers for service businesses. Over the past four-plus years I have worked on more than 300 projects and managed over $5M in ad spend across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
What I specialise in
My work sits at the point where advertising, measurement and sales meet:
- Google Ads — search and local campaigns that capture people actively looking for a service.
- Meta Ads — Facebook and Instagram campaigns that create demand with the right offer and creative.
- Conversion tracking — GA4, Google Tag Manager, Enhanced Conversions, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and CRM imports.
- Lead generation systems — landing pages, qualification and follow-up automation that turn enquiries into booked jobs.
Who I help
Most of my clients are businesses where a single new customer is valuable and buyers act with intent: home service companies (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, restoration, remodeling), automotive services (detailing, repair, collision, glass, towing), law firms, dental, medspa and healthcare clinics, and other high-intent B2C services such as real estate, mortgage, venues and care providers.
Why I focus on lead generation
Lead generation is where paid advertising is most measurable — you can see the call, the form, the booking and eventually the sale. It is also where poor setup is most expensive: when tracking counts page views as leads, or campaigns chase cheap clicks, businesses pay for activity that never turns into revenue. I would rather help a business get fewer, better leads it can actually close.
How I approach paid advertising
Tracking and measurement
Google’s Smart Bidding and Meta’s delivery system optimise toward whatever you tell them is a conversion. So before I scale anything, I make sure the signal is right: each lead type tracked separately, duplicates removed, Enhanced Conversions and the Conversions API in place, and — wherever possible — qualified leads and closed jobs imported back from the CRM. Reporting then shows what you actually care about: spend, qualified leads, cost per lead and booked jobs. Learn how I set up conversion tracking.
